This is the best company I have ever worked for. They care about quality, safety. All conditions are created for drivers including showers, massage chairs, kitchen... etc. The best dispatchers and management. Work only within the logbook without all sorts of tricks and notions (as happens in other companies). 70% drop and hook. Highly recommend.
I drive for Real and I only have great things to talk about them my recruiter Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions my dispatch Tony is really cool... the guys at the shop are very friendly and the safety department is very professional and respectful...pay check always on time...great company to work for great well maintained equipment and professional staff....they even have showers and massage chairs for the drivers at the yard.
