Gianna is truly an artist. There is no other word to describe her level of precision and skill. She knows exactly what lash shape and length will look best for your eyes and to accentuate your features. I’ve gotten my lashes done from people all over the city and Gianna is hands down the best. She’s kind, warm, professional and most of all a friend! After over a year of being a loyal client, I not only have amazing lashes and brows but also an awesome friend. Did I mention the brows? She is a brow WIZARD!!! My brows have never looked so symmetrical and full with her waxing and tinting them. I can’t recommend this local female owned business enough!!! 10/10!! Also with the shelter in place order that is currently active I am three and a half weeks post fill and my lashes somehow still look awesome. If that’s not talent I don’t know what it!

Best lash artist in Chicago, period. Gianna is waaaaaaay beyond a perfectionist- she is a magician. These lashes should have cost twice what they did and they paid for themselves in just a few days because people at business were just giving me free stuff all week, even my own kids were nicer to me, lol!

Very unprofessional! She canceled my appt. 10 minutes before I arrived. I was charged a 75 deposit fee when services were not rendered. Gianna didn’t refund the deposit, which she stated in a text she would refund. She then contested to the bank that services were rendered. This was a daunting experience and have suggested friends and family not patronize her. Zero stars is a more accurate description of my experience. After contacting me and exchanging several texts, she still didn’t resolve the issue and refund my niece. Just bad business and dishonest.
