Let me tell you about the 5-star customer service I received from Anthony, at Recreations Outlet. I purchased a replacement basketball pole and needed to have it installed. I sent in a request to Recreations Outlet via e-mail on a Friday and got a response back from Anthony Saturday morning. The quick turn-around time impressed me. He had the quote to me 2 days later on Monday, just like he said he would. Good customer service and having a company do what it says it will do makes all the difference in the world. Good Job Rec. Get place for the kids to get out some energy on a bad weather day. Tryout all the equipment before making a decision. Super nice considering the cost of outdoor playground equipment. They tend to be a bit on the high side price wise, but atleast you know whether or not your kids like it before you buy it.

Excellent!! I am not certain of other reviews but we shopped around a lot and although we had a time to wait for installation everything that was promised was delivered. We, as a family, love their showroom prior to Covid obviously. We needed a repair to a slide on our playground set and they came right out no questions or costs. We will be back to purchase a trampoline in the Spring! Thanks so much! Very Satisfied!!

I was highly interested in a playset at recreations Outlet. I had spoken with Anthony and he was really arrogant / not really interested in what I wanted to buy. Then I spoke with Kyle, he was very easy going and very nice! If I come back I will definitely be dealing with Kyle from now on!

Attended birthday party... My son enjoyed the big trampolines and basketball. Ambience is ok but could have been better.
