I just had Hunter Douglas Shutters installed throughout my house from Window Treats. Every person I encountered throughout the process went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Lisa - my sales person- is amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. She made herself available and was sure my questions were answered. John and Tom, the installation crew are neat, clean and highly professional- a pleasure to have in my home. Lisa made sure she was here during the installation- to be sure I was totally satisfied. The kind of attention and service delivered by Window Treats is simply not available in today’s service industry. The entire process was a pleasure - the shutters are magnificent!! I highly recommend this company !!!

Extremely satisfied with my Window Treats purchase! The team is knowledgeable, professional, warm, and efficient. The owner, Elliot Laniado, talked me through choices within what I was looking for so that I can make an informed decision and pick something I love. Measurements were taken accurately, shades were ordered, an installation scheduled (they filled out my building’s covid form and kept masking and safety protocols) and fulfilled perfectly. My roller shades are beautiful, making the room feel more finished, helping block out harsh sunlight or insulate from drafts when needed, and creating a diffused and soft light in the apartment. Highly recommend Window Treats Inc!!!
Worked with Laura at Window Treats. She was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Just had Hunter Douglas motorized blinds for 18 ft high windows installed as well as lower windows. Also, very satisfied with the install by Andrew. He did a great job at hiding the wires and battery pack on the window sill and made sure they were out of sight.
I’ve had a great experience overall. Lisa was wonderful to work with and made the process fun! Installers were timely and professional. So happy with end product! Never though shades could make such a difference until now! Thank you all so much!
When we finally finished building our dream home on the Jersey Shore it was now time for the finishing touch (or) the bow tie to my master piece whereas, I needed shades and window treatments for 46 windows and doors throughout my home. After numerous recommendations we finally landed on Window Treats and I really must say how glad I was that we did. From beginning to the completion, Elliott and his team were truly hands on down to the last detail. Its now a couple of years later we had an incident and Window treats gladly came and remedied the situation (basically the way things should be) and in turn a well deserved testimonial. Best Always!!
