I am not often impressed with a dealership. I frequently am let down and don’t feel like it is a win/win. This is NOT the case with Apple Chevy. Miguel and his team absolutely negotiated a deal that made me feel like we were both coming away whole. I am a difficult customer at times but these folks answered all my questions, found the right vehicle, provide the financing at the price point I felt was fair. Truly a terrific dealership and definitely where you need to go!

I had been trying to buy a truck from dealerships in the the Harrisburg area for almost a month now, and no one was willing to sell me one online. I really want to thank Miguel and the Apple Chevrolet of Red Lion dealership for taking the time in answering all my questions and for providing me with amazing customer service. I normally don't deal with service at dealerships. I have warranty coverage so I use the dealer. I didn't buy my vehicle at this dealership but chose them because of proximity and reviews, though I am always skeptical. I have always had top notch service/repairs and they have worked with my warranty company with no problem. This time was no different. I would like to thank Kate for her excellent service and working with me and keeping me updated so well on my repairs. She went above and beyond when I had difficulty getting my vehicle after service was complete and found and option that worked. Thank you to the other staff involved in getting my vehicle back to me and in caring for my vehicle. I honestly have never had such a positive experience with a dealership or service department.

If you're going to work with Apple Chevrolet, skip the headache and waste of time that is the York store and go to Red Lion. These folks work hard to get you the best deal for your trade and your new payment. If possible, request Kim and Kyle because those two are absolutely amazing at their jobs.
