Highly recommend! Fixed my vehicle in a timely manor and updated me through the whole process. I don't want to have to get my vehicle repaired again any time soon! But if I have to I will be back to Red river Collision for sure.

I dropped my new 2020 Silverado off on a Tuesday afternoon to have rail dust removed. The said it would be ready within a day. Wednesday morning around 10:40, I was informed my vehicle was ready. When to pick up my vehicle and they haven’t done any work to it. The following Friday I drove by the shop and see my vehicle parked in the parking lot. I immediately called and was told they were working on my vehicle at the time I placed my call. I call out the lady on the other end of the line that she was lying to me, because I just drove by and seen my vehicle in the parking lot. The following Tuesday I went to the shop and asked if my vehicle was ready. I was told yes and it was ready on Monday, but I was not contacted. I ranted to the guy who told me my vehicle was ready. He replied if I was satisfied with the work that was done I could take my vehicle and they weren’t going to do any more work for me or my vehicles again. I was unable to check to see if the rail dust was removed due to all the shop dust on the vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with their customer care and the lack of regard of cleaning my vehicle after work was done on it.

Repaired 09/2020 My truck was damaged in Hurricane Lurah. Tyler and his team did a great job of repairing the dents and dings. They were on time and great to deal with. It takes a lot to make me write a review so you should definitely consider them for your repairs too. I inspected the work they did and couldn’t find any alignment issues or paint discrepancies. My truck looks brand new again.

Easy to communicate with, they picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off for me, fixed my hail damage in a timely manner, and also aired up my tires and cleaned the inside of my car. Wonderful experience and I will use them in the future if needed.
