I've only had experience with the service side of Red Rock. The service is quick, but efficient. I've also experienced the integrity of their techs when I have requested a service only for them to tell me they didn't think it was necessary yet, but they would go ahead if I still wanted it done! Everybody is always super pleasant, even those that I don't have direct contact with share a smile and a hello as they are walking through. I also love the fact that they have coffee going all day and massage chairs to enjoy while you wait! Thank you Red Rock! I appreciate you!

They had a same day appointment for a quick oil change! They were extremely friendly and courteous! The courtesy shuttle driver (Shelly) was awesome. The oil change service was very quick and the cashier (Winter) was very friendly and helpful! Overall a GREAT experience!
