I had a top level customer experience with Hermit's Hut. I bought a sleeping bag over the phone with them, and had informative and helpful detailed conversations each time I called leading up to the purchase. After I bought it they were clear about the shipping. Later I called back to ask about purchasing an extra storage sack for my daughter's sleeping bag, and the owner took care of it. Hermit's Hut is where I'll buy my next sleeping bag!
