Wow, what a great guy. Let me tell you, I have uses another place in town most daycare centers and schools have used. Our certification was due in 7 days. As a business owner I was in a pickle and had to move fast. Brian went above and beyond and was able to get my team of 5 up and trained in that time! He was extremely knowledgeable too. Then there was a incident a week after the training and my team had some issues due to fight or flight responding off instinct. He helped us get an emergancy action plan as part of procedures for our employee handbook. He offers to retrain my team that week focusing on critical issues that came up and potential items to look out for interns of safety and liablites. Brian even obtained the current handbook for our business entity throughout EMSA on action response. He is dedicated and hard working. He worked for our business and really got my team prepared. Thanks Brian. You are awesome and know your stuff.
