Customer service is very good. If you decide to purchase their caramel apples, ask them how long the apples have been sitting on the front counter. So what? Ask, anyway. I opened the package (2) the same day, and the taste was very bland and the middle, you can tell was almost ready to be thrown out. Appearance can be deceiving. I traveled 25 miles both ways, so I did not return them.

Liked the selection of products for consumers and wholesale. I love the Spicy Cheese popcorn. They have small bags of popcorn like thr onr in the picture. You can also order a flavor in bulk. Friendly staff.

Please ask for tips and instructions when renting a cotton candy machine ! I rented the machine for my daughters birthday party carnival theme. I followed the instructions they gave me at the time when i first got the machine but oh boy was it a disaster! Cotton candy was flying all over the place in the air!! That machine would not funnel 1 cone for my party guest! Big disappointment. I returned the machine promptly on the return date and explained to the people there and they plugged the machine in while i was there and the lady said you have to spray water in the dome sometimes for cotton candy to stick. Well, helllloooooo why no one said this at first?? That machine actually produced a funnel of cotton candy while i was inside the store!! Not one person offered a discount but im not asking for money back i just wanted my little princess to have a decent cotton candy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also purchased popcorn from them and it was good as everyone of my guest enjoyed. A message to management is please train your staff to properly explain usage and tips of all machines so the customer experience can be superior!

They are so great, been using them for years. Staff is so helpful. A gentleman just spent 20 mins helping me get all i need at the best price and I was only there for some supplies.
