What a great experience with this company. Starting with Jen Michalik, than Mike the template and layout gentleman, and most of all Luis and Christian the install guys. These folks were superb it was a pleasure to do business with all of them. This all took place during the pandemic January 2021. All aspects went without a hitch. Most importantly my wife is a very happy person. So Great Lakes \Thank You\ for a job well done.

Efficient, great prices, great work - and very helpful installers. They all got our work done so it was ready for New Year's Eve party, even though that was a REAL rush! I've used them in two houses, recommended them to multiple friends, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
My wife and I went with Great Lakes after my daughter referred us. She has had them do two kitchens for her, and had been very pleased. We just built a pool house this summer, and needed some granite to complete the bar area and counter space. We scheduled an appointment and were very welcomed by Nicole. She was very knowledgeable, which was much appreciated! We were able to walk through the warehouse and pick out the granite slab we wanted ( though I would note that some slabs are spoken for already, so it may not be that EXACT slab). The measuring process was quick and easy. Especially during COVID, when everything else seems to be at a standstill. Installation was a breeze, and each group knew exactly how to do their job efficiently. They were even able to repair some dents in our current granite kitchen counters! Overall we are very pleased with this company and its staff. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to them.
My granite countertops arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased! What a difference they make to my white kitchen. I’m also pleased with the service and support received from David Sobey, my consultant. They have a wide selection to choose from and the prices are very competitive. I told him I was looking for a white countertop but preferred Granite to Quartz. He selected a slab that was just the tone I was looking for and it turned out to be the perfect choice for my kitchen. The installers, Luis and team, were also very prompt, professional and perfectionist. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Great Lakes Granite and Marble. Next up, the backsplash!
David and Great Lakes Granite & Marble were the best! The installers were awesome. It was a slight delay in getting an appointment for installation due to COVID but the delay was not to long. David is professional, courtesy, and always responded in a timely manner.
