After giving Glenn and his team multiple jobs and his prices increasing I didn't mind because for the most part they did a good job. Unfortunately I contacted them to do additional work installing a doorbell setting up a network mesh and TV mounting which the company said they would do. That was 3 weeks ago also I called them multiple times and they are not returning my call. Mind you I have spent thousands of dollars with these guys I am very disappointed that's why I am leaving you one star. This seem to start after one of the installers was flirting with my sister and subsequently went ghost.

Utilized the company for installation of Ethernet cables within our new house. The crew was AWESOME! Price was very fair. Professional attitudes, polite, prompt quote and service. Would definitely use for all future needs.
Glen and Rob did a difficult ceiling surround sound speaker installation for us. They had to run the speaker wires through the enclosed ceiling using the "can" lights for access. Glen (the lead tech) did a wonderful job! Both men were friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. I could not believe how fast they were able to begin the work! I highly recommend hisway intermedia and will be using them again for my next project!

I was very pleased with the job. I had a 55" TV I wanted to hang over my fireplace. The previous owner of my home had had a mount there, and had a few cords sticking out of the wall. The guys at Hisway were able to skillfully replace the old cables with new HDMI ones I needed, hang up my TV with no additional drilling, hook up my cable, playstation and Apple TV and hide all the cords beautifully. They even made good suggestions for the future. I will hire them again for any audio/visual needs I have in the future.
The Hisway Intermedia team was great to work with. We are a Detroit based non-profit repurposing an old school into a community hub. Hisway agreed to come out and install several tvs for us. They were courteous, professional, arrived on time and did a great job. Many Thanks to Hisway Intermedia. I highly recommend them.
