Great install team and fantastic product so far! The alarm system is incredibly easy to use and we feel so much more protected, both at night and when we are away. Redlands Alarm Co is incredibly professional. Thanks Fred (the man who made the install process so easy) and Lindsay for coming up with the best solution for our home with kids and dogs. I like this company so much I have used them more than once. They installed my first alarm system in about 25 years ago, and when I moved in the late 90's I had Redlands Alarm install a system at my current home. In fact, I just upgraded that system. What makes this company my choice? I see alarms at a lot of houses, and often it's a budget system. When I ask the people about it they say "we don't use it because we constantly have false alarms". Can't tell you how often I have heard that. Tim, the owner, at Redlands Alarm has convinced me to use good gear, and it performs well. They installed commercial quality stuff, and it works reliably. Can't recommend Tim and Redlands Alarm enough.
It is with extreme pleasure and confidence we recommend REDLANDS ALARM for any/all of your security needs. We have done business with Tim Timmerman, owner, for nearly 35 years. We have had alarms installed in our home and our vacation home. We recently had security cameras installed in our home. He is dependable, honest and forthright in his business dealings. When we've had a problem or installed a replacement battery upside down, (yes, I did that one), I called and he responded immediately. Tim is involved with the install from start to finish. I like working with a company that is well established, good reputation and you know exactly who is in your home and know he will guarantee his work. He uses top of the line equipment. Can you find cheaper? Always. But the old saying is "you get what you pay for" will hold true over and over and in the long run, you'll pay more because the installation or equipment used by some companies will not stand up over the years. Also, in talking with others, there are installers and there are owner-installers. Wouldn't you prefer to have someone who has a true vested interest in seeing the work is done right and done to the satisfaction of the owner? Trust me, you will be happy you went with a reputable company when it involves the security of your home and/or business.
