I scheduled this appointment a few weeks ago and was confirmed for an 8am apt on a Saturday. I was received verification via text an email, even on the day of the appointment. When I arrived, no one was there. When I called, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. Within a minute they called me back saying that they do not open on Saturdays until 930. The only consolation was to put my key in the box. Unfortunately, we scheduled for 8am as we have other obligations, and the car wash was already 2hrs. I expressed my frustration, but no apology received. It seemed to be presented that it was my fault as they do not open until 930. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE- RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY- Please stop lying. I have attached the documents of the email confirming the initial reservation on 9/13/20. I did receive a phone call, but she confirmed for 8am. Never was 9:30am mentioned, as I would have noted this and clarified it with the caller. Regardless of your web site saying your hours of operation, the scheduling system that you quote \clearly state hours of operation\ is incorrect. I received two text messages, plus the emails attached, all saying 8:00am. It is incorrect to assume that a customer, who received various communications for 8am, will think that the single source (the web site) saying the hours of operation is the correct information for the appointment.

This is my second time having my car detailed and Acme did a wonderful job at providing a fair quote, cleaned my car beyond my expectations and even organized my items and put everything in a bin (they) provided. Will be returning!
Not happy about not adhering to whatever was agreed over the phone. Otherwise did the nice & clean job. Also, took more time than guaranteed. So, they didn't call after the car was ready.
One good experience one bad. First time work was done beautifully. Second time.... not so much. Picked up my second vehicle and there was waxed not removed, swirls in the buffing, rims were dull, plastics where only partially detailed. When I pointed out the issues I was told it was because I did not take care of my vehicle and it was permanent damage... Weird, because as I watched him take the time to actual touch up the areas that were missed or improperly buffed the issues cleaned up just fine. They charge high end prices but do not always do a high end job.
