We would like to share our very positive experience that we had with Jeff Mitchell and his crew. They helped us to redesign our backyard with a new retaining wall that helped make the yard a more useable space. Jeff's crew is also helping us hydroseed the newly enhanced yard in both the front and back. He told us the project would take 3 - 4 days and he and the crew finished in just 3 days. We were very impressed with their work and they cleaned up after themselves every night. We would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

The company is \Non responsive\, \Not professional\ and \Not on time\. Here is why. 1) the consultant came late. 2) the consultant, didn't take any notes throughout the conversation. I don't know how he can manage to remember everything that I talked. This project is scale of 100k. He didn't give any feedback during the conversation. 3) there is no follow up in the first 3 weeks. so I emailed him and the owner Mike. and he finally replied email and told me it's miss communication and he is working on get city approval.... I shocked... we didn't came up any actionable items, where does the city approval came from. 4) he promised, after hear from city he will email me back. well, can we work on something else before your city thingee? 5) 5 weeks, I emailed and cc-ed owner again. This time, I hear back nothing. like into the void. very nice. Both consultant and the owner didn't show any interest in customer obsession and passion on the landscaping work they are doing. they definitely not earn my trust.

They took our job. Promised us a free 3D design if we moved forward. That was a winner for us! That is where the promptness ended. No 3D design. Daily routine of staring out at the driveway waiting for their truck to arrive. We went for a professional company because of the project management and follow up that we didn’t want to do. I wrote to the owner after they had ripped off some of the grass and left. The owner basically told us we can have our money back. They were good at refunding the money right away. It seemed like they were trying to squeeze us in but had bitten off too much to chew. All in all it ended well. We got the same project done at little under 50% of their estimate.

Jeff and his team did a massive yard clean up for us. Our yard was way overgrown and beyond what I could tackle on my own. In two days they cleaned everything up and added gravel pathways and mulch. The yard looks amazing!!!! I am so pleased! They cleaned up everything very carefully, including coiling up any hoses that we had laying around. Definitely recommend.

Noticed quality of service declining over the past year. Lawn maintenance service was good but rest of property was subpar. Site Supervisor never called or emailed to check in, but showed up twice in our backyard unannounced. We are re-architecting our backyard and converting a major portion of landscaped yard into a huge patio. I called and asked if they could reassess cost of contract post construction and the same day the owner emailed to let me know he was dropping our service as we were already paying minimal for their service. Not paying for declining quality anymore.
