I have been buying stuff from Cash America for the past 6 years. I've been at least two for different store. Spend thousands of dollars. However, the management are so bad except this one. Their assistant manager. Alex is amazing. He take care of his customer. So good.

Not worth your time - go to a different Cash America - Bad customer service. 2016 - good customer service, meet the needs, and quick. 2017 - okay customer service, meet the needs, and slower attentive customer service. 2018 - bad customer service, older white man doesn't want to do business with customers, short change customers, and no direction for a line when it forms. 2019 - went in today to pawn, not sell, and the older white lady (Barbara) - offered me 30 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab E, version 7.1.1 and I needed 200, I'm pawning this item not selling it. She told me, everyone says that. First of all, you don't need to compare me to other customers, customer service no-no. Secondly, I don't need your 30 dollars, that doesn't help me, it was an insult and I will not be doing business with you again.
