My boyfriend and I did a virtual escape room at the Frazer Court location. While the actual escape room was fun, our guide (don’t know his name) was super disrespectful to my boyfriend from the moment we walked in. It made us both feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I’ve had an experience with the same guide before when I came with my all-white family and he was totally fine then. But this time, something was clearly off. It’s worth mentioning that my boyfriend is half black and I am white. My first thought was that it had something to do with that fact. I could be wrong, but he also definitely treated me better than he treated my boyfriend which further leads me to that assumption. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This place is an interesting place! It can be a team building event for work, friends, family! You have one hour to solve the mystery but little instructions as to what needs to be done! So you are not sure what really needs to be done. So it can be difficult to figure out the clues as some things are not a part of the clue. The people are nice and do check in with you. The room allows up to 6 people in a room and there is one room you start in that leads to another. Roughly 6 different clues that leads to mastering the ultimate goal. I would consider visiting again.

First time I played Mona Lisa 5 years ago, and came back to check remodeling Mona Lisa quest (my fav theme). I love the idea of hand-made quest, know the family own this place, puzzles and ideas are just amazing.

We did the time machine for my birthday. We only had 3 players and needed some help with clues but the staff was really nice and helpful and we had a great time! We'll be trying harry potter one next.

This was my first Escape Room experience. We did this as a team-building event and it was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and the room was put together well. The riddles were challenging, and we really had to work as a team to solve them. Overall, it was great fun and I highly recommend the experience! I'm giving this 4 start since one of the riddles was nonsensical - at least to us. We solved the whole thing by ourselves (you are allowed 5 hints) but this was the only thing we were stumped on. The hints were not helpful either. At the end, we were basically told the answer, and we did as instructed and \escaped\, but the solution did not make sense. It took away from our feeling of accomplishment, and put a (small) stain on an otherwise perfect experience. I am not giving any hints as to the puzzle or the solution, in case this was just an issue for our team. (I did ask the person who recommended this place and they agreed with my assessment, but your experience may be different.)
