Asked how long it would take to install new tires as I had work and was told \easy only 45 minutes - definitely less than an hour if you make an appointment\ so I did and ended up waiting over 2 hours. If your going to suggest people make an appointment please be respectful of their time as they are of yours. Totally unnecessary headache and bad service. Don't waste peoples time.

Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it with trying to sell me new tires. The wait was extensive and was able to wait in there waiting area without issues.
I've been using discount tire locations for years all over the west coast. This location does quality work. Businesses can't always be perfect but what also makes this discount tire stand out is if there is a mistake, they will make sure to take care of it and make you feel like a valued customer. I had an issue come up that was the result of work performed a while back under a prior manager. Brought the car in and they corrected the issue no questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I would return for future business. Highly recommend, thanks for your help Zachary.
Terrible customer service. Directional signs out front have a left facing arrow for ‘check in’ and right facing arrow for ‘air check’. I am an educated adult and the directional signs were very clear. So when following the ‘air check’ sign I was told I had to go all the way back and wait in the long ‘check in’ line for a simple tire pressure check. I am from Phoenix and the Discount Tire by my house has two lanes, one to check in for more labor intensive services, and one for a quick tire pressure check! Get it together Discount Tire Redmond, it’s not rocket science!
