I have FINALLY found not only one therapist but TWO that I love and know what my body needs without me having to explain in great lengths. DESMOND and CHANDA are well trained and always leave me feeling better and healthier after each session. They cater to whatever my body is feeling and needing that session. I needed to share my experiences so others can benefit, now that I have scheduled out. :)

Everyone at Lake Washington Wellness is very professional, courteous and pleasant. I've never been one to get massages until a slip-and-fall back injury at work a few years back. My symptoms flare up occasionally and decided to try a different location. I am more than pleased with my care. Jennie Mills, specifically, is incredible. She goes far above and beyond my expectation and is very knowledgeable, attentive and passionate. I would recommend her to anyone and already have. Thank you for your care. I hadn't been in the last couple months and returned for a weekly session. I didn't realize how much I needed it until the results. I feel so much better. I sleep better, move better and already have better mobility and flexibility.
I've been going to Lake Washington Wellness for a few years to help manage tension from flat feet and a desk job and to relax. I've had a great experience and would highly recommend Jennie and Rose in particular. Jennie is one of the most kind and relaxing massage therapists I've ever met and Rose's non-traditional approach works amazingly well for relaxing muscles and returning the bounce to my step.
I had a wonderful experience getting a massage from Karen. It was such a relaxing and healing experience. I went in for pregnancy massage since I'm 35 weeks and my baby is breech. She helped me relax and did a great job targeting all my sore spots with good pressure. I felt very comfortable with Karen. She seems like a very smart massage therapist with a very high emotional intelligence. I'll be going back to her again!
