O'Ryan Marine is the best boat maintenance / repair shop. I have several boats and have hired many different shops over the years to do work for me up until about 5 years ago when I found O'Ryan Marine. From that point on, it has been O'Ryan for all work. Service department is great. The detail shop turns out a spotless new looking boat every time. Upholstery repairs look like the original. Ryan, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about boats. He is a boat enthusiast himself and can easily understand the issues and recommend the appropriate action. Several times I have thought something needed to be fixed or redone only to have Ryan suggest a much more cost effective solution. Often times eliminating work for himself that I would have been happy to pay for. I am not a review writing type of person but after another year of having my boats worked on by O'Ryan Marine I felt compelled to share my thoughts. High level of integrity, honesty and pride in all the work they do. They do a fantastic job and I strongly suggest you check them out if you have not already. I could not be more happy with the overall level of service. Truly a top of the line professional shop.

I am an out of state purchaser, looking for connections in Seattle for inspections, maintenance. Even though my boat is not in Ryan's service scope because of size, he was more than willing to offer tips and advice as if I was family. Really appreciated his time. Thank you!

I bought a ski boat three years ago and had it reviewed pre-sale by Seattle Boat. HUGE mistake. I wish I would’ve never taken the boat there. Not only did they skip out on looking at the boat properly and missed a few cracks in the Hull, But when I took it in because of an oil leak they told me there was nothing wrong with my boat and sent me packing after charging me 1200.00. When I took my boat to O’Ryan Marine they found cracks in the bottom of my boat that had been there for many years that were missed by the other shop. They also were able to fix my hydraulic steering which was causing the “oil” leak. They are very thorough and have great knowledge. I also found them to be very hospitable to deal with. Since I have decided to upgrade to a bigger boat I also use them to sell my ski boat. They were able to fix it up beautifully for a reasonable price and move the boat quickly. It was very seamless and none of my energy was required. Which is good for me because my job requires me to spend half of the month in Philadelphia and half of the month in Seattle. This is a great shop if you are a busy person And don’t have time to deal with the day today of your boat. And all for a great, competitive price. Thank you.

Haven't been on the customer side of interacting with these guys, but I work closely with them...and the only impression I've ever gotten from them is that they are great men with great character. The owner, Ryan, is enthusiastic, personable, sharp and you can sense his high level of integrity just by lightly interacting with him. He doesn't mind letting his guard down a little when you're having conversations with him because he genuinely enjoys people and genuinely enjoys running his business; he wants to build trust and relationships with his customers. I've also had a couple of conversations with one of their employees, Matthew. It was clear to me very early on in our first conversation that he has a strong work ethic and a strong sense of integrity and pride in the best ways possible. I would feel very comfortable and at ease if I was told he was the person who put hands on my car/boat. I haven't met the rest of the employees yet, but I look forward to meeting them. This is a fantastic group of people with a strong sense of integrity and morale value. It is always very refreshing to see people in blue collar/trade industries that have a passion for honesty, transparency, customer service, and quality work. Thank you for being awesome O'Ryan team, keep up the great work! :)
