We have had to come to this store three times for parts and every time we walk in the door four guys to the left are on their cell phones or talking about their weekend instead of helping you. Then the two guys straight ahead won’t even make eye contact let alone guide you in the right direction. You have to visit three different counters before one person can give you an answer about where your parts are. It’s a joke. Would drive to the valley before dealing with this store.

I was unprepared for the winter weather while towing a truck to Bend. Long story short the fuel gelled. The staff at Petersen Cat got my tow truck's fuel flowing again and me back on the road. Thank you for your efforts.
Terrible experience! We used Peterson last year in July 2019 for a motorhome oil change. We had good service at that time. This year, we used them for a generator oil change. The mechanic seemed okay but the \service advisor\ was a young man named Cole who didn't know what he was doing. He tried to charge us 585 for a 300 job. My husband knew what he had asked to be done and told the young man that he was trying to charge for several items that were not part of the job. The young man agreed and ended up taking off those items and the bill was 390 (which was still too much). In addition, my husband asked if the air filter had been changed and they forgot to do that. We cannot recommend this place. We certainly will not be back.
