It is not a real pharmacy. Always takes days/weeks to get your RX. They don't even follow up until you go and ask where is my medicine.. very short staffed. A simple flu shot takes at least 1 hour if you don't make an appointment!!! There are tons of pharmaciss nearby. Don't even bother to go here.

I have been going to pharmaca integrative pharmacy for 16 years, initially known as lakeside pharmacy, and couldn't be happier with the quality of the service I am getting, as well as medications. My kids and I have very complex medical needs that require pre-authorization and many times hard to find medications, and the staff at the pharmacy will help with all of this, in a very timely manner, with regular updates. They also have a very extensive supply of medications and unless rare, will have it ready in a 15-20'! Very useful when you are sick with the flu or just coming from the Dr's office with a new prescription. If not in stock it will be available the next day. I moved about 10miles away 4 years ago but still go there for the quality and personalized service. Being medically complex, they are part of my care team and family. They will also easily call the insurance and Dr's offices to help. My deepest gratitude to their staff, Mary, Christine, Lori, Jessica, Harita and Tawfiq.

Rude Staff. Short staffed always. Wanted a regular prescription to be filled and they said they will need a weeks notice. I am going to change the pharmacy. Will never recommend this pharmacy to others.

Nice to have a pharmacy with staff that knows my name and provides customer service beyond just supplying pills. I consider them part of my medical care team and they deliver eighborhood\ level service, rarely found in a time of the 24 hour big box drug store.
