Prashanthi is very good choreographer. Her group choreography is award winning always...my daughter and I enjoy so much learning new dance skills from Prashanthi. She is also very engaged with students and focuses on teaching life skills, values of humanity. Her regular weekly sessions start with meditation. She has students who are continuing to learn from her for many years now. The rock star team is simply superb. Prashanthi gives dance opportunity to new comers thru auditions. She includes good dancers into her rock star team. She also gives opportunity to parents to volunteer during her show. We are so happy to be her students and blessed with a very good teacher. My daughter loves dancing and wants to be student of Prashanthi for many years to come.

PCIPA is one of the best dance schools I have put my child in. Prashanthi is very patient, creative, and passionate about dance. The studio and the programs she run are wonderful and the assistants are also very capable. PCIPA is very professional and is one of the best things you can enroll your kids into. My daughter thoroughly enjoys dancing and learning with Prashanthi and never wants to miss a day. Prashanthi teaches dance as if it is her life and embeds it into everything she does.

Three of my family members have learnt dance under Prashanti. I have taken a couple sessions aswell. It is one thing to have skill in an art form, it is a whole another thing to teach; teach effectively, teach with confidence, teach with energy, inspire kids to learn and come back for more. She draws inspiration from her teachers/gurus, social causes, current affairs, issues faced by kids in school. She makes these the themes of her classes. Kids and parents immediately relate to these. The pcipa winter and summer concerts are a treat to watch. The skill, energy, dedication, collaboration by the students and student families, teachers at these concerts show that people treat this a lot more than a class. They feel, own, enjoy, express the art form.

I have been learning at PCIPA for awhile now and I would recommend it to anybody who has a passion for dance. The way Prashanthi Chitre teaches dance is superbly amazing. Prashanthi Chitre has auditions for creative exploration classes (more advanced and award - winning dances). I personally think that she gives love and support to all the dancers that attend PCIPA. Her dedication means a lot to everyone! I give her a five star review because the way she teaches dance is spectacular!
