Have to give a star because we cant give a 0. I took my car in for a wash. Got back my car all scratched up. I see scratches on the hood, along the windshield everywhere. The guys starts selling me the \polish and wash package\ that would get rid of the scratches. Why the f*** did you put them there in the first place. Not just this, I don't think they even washed the car, looks like just cleaned it with a dry cloth that lead to all the scratches. The windshield and the hood still has spots on it. Extremely disappointed with their service.
I hate my car. I hate cleaning my car. I hate thinking about my car. Im a single momma with ZERO TIME for said car....And then I was introduced to Redmond Auto Salon. AHHHHHMAZING. While IM at work they come and pick up my car not questions asked, no judgement of the 2 year old french fries under the seat or spilled milk shake that has congealed on the air conditioning vents. They return it several short hours later as if she was going to cart me to the PROM. Its perfect, clean, tity, wheels look brand new, windows I can actually see thru. Freaking incredible. And so convenient as well as economic! Chris Bell is awesome and needs a raise!
