The employees at this airport are so nice! One employee named Paul Stain really went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. We lost our bag and Paul helped us file the claim and found our bag the very next day! The whole process was a lot less stressful thanks to Paul. Thank you Paul!

The airport is small and parking is easy and affordable. There are hardly ever any lines at the kiosk or the security line. TSA is helpful and friendly. There is a gift shop right in the waiting area if you need a snack. So nice to fly in and out of Redmond/Bend airport.

Super easy to get in and out of. Luggage is right beside the car rental so I grabbed the bags while my wife grabbed the keys. Super friendly. Flights were right on time and it was very convenient to Hwy 97

Redmond airport is convenient and cozy. I love the interior and the people are always very nice. However, EVERY time I fly out of here (about 3 times per year), something goes wrong, whether it be a weather issue or a personnel issue, and because it's such a small airport, they have no resilience and the are few options to fix an itenerary once it's messed up. Be warned!
