Every fitness facility has strengths and weaknesses. The towering strength of “Sasquatch Strength” is not only their facility and new equipment, but the knowledge base and professionalism of their instructors. They make your fitness experience top-notch by helping you stay within yourself, by guiding you in proper form and technique. This gym has so much to offer. I love this versatile aspect of it. I used to be a runner, but now also a lifter and a gymnast. I still have a lot to learn and that’s what keeps me going to this gym after 8 years. You don’t have to think about what you have to do any given day. You just come in and follow what coaches tell you. You’ll see the result within a few months. Also I enjoy the community that welcomes anyone at any levels and ages. I feel very lucky to be part of this community.

Fun atmosphere to work out in. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The coaches are willing to accommodate and work with any fitness level. Equipment is new and often being updated. It feels like a safe place to work out in, even with the current circumstances.
