Wow! Best experience ever. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and know nothing about how to maintain a hot tub and Ed saved me! He took over 45 min of his time to help me understand the ins and outs of maintaining my spa. He made is so easy to understand also made sure my options were budget friendly. I will now be ONLY going to them for my spa needs! Thank you all who helped me today!

Amazing people!! They know their products inside and out. They are super friendly. I always feel welcomed when I am in the store. They answer my questions and help me find what ever products I need for my hot tub, pellet stove and pool...they are very knowledgeable :)
Our hot tub drained unexpectedly overnight and with freezing conditions we needed a fix ASAP! Marianne rearranged their maintenance teams day to get prompt service to us within hours.
