Seen a truck with this company's name on it driving fast and aggressively on two different occasions.

We had a back patio and trail pavers installed by System Pavers in March 2020. From the time Chris Weiss first showed up for a walk through of the project, to reviewing the final estimate and sketch, there was always clear communication on what was being done. Prior to the work starting, Anthony Davis (project manager) walked through the job, schedule and what to expect with us. Once everything began he consistently kept us updated with progress and answered any questions promptly with a text or follow-up call. The crew doing the work was efficient and highly skilled. All in all, from demo, to leveling/grading, and through final paving it took 4 days. The final work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend System Pavers, we will be working with them again on future projects.

We called System Pavers not really knowing what the experience would be like. We had a big backyard with slopes and a tiny small patio that was put in when we purchased our new home. We knew we didn't want just cement but didn't know exactly what materials made sense for our home and environment in Seattle. Austin was our salesman and he came out to our home with books of examples and materials for us to look at. He took his time with us and spent a few hours at our home explaining the process, and helping us come to a decision on materials. He was great with getting us renderings of what our yard \would look like\ and helps us add numerous change orders to our project. Once we broke ground Michelle as amazing with site visits and being on text with me everyday to answer my numerous questions. From start to finish, her crew was quick and precise. They were consistently friendly and professional. From prep to final product was roughly two weeks!! It was very fast and blew my mind how quickly the transformation took place. We are now working towards a Phase II next year with additional projects in our backyard. My neighbors have come over to take a look at the work, they unfortunately hired contractors outside of System Pavers and were scammed for their money. I have a feeling they will be calling System Pavers in the future for projects. We had a large patio installed, with new stairs, and stepping stones to a large gas fire pit area. See the photos below. Thank you System Pavers for the beautiful work you did on our yard. We look forward to additional projects next year. Christina Stephens

Issaquah, WA - My experience with System Pavers is excellent. Chris, the designer did a great job on turning our idea into a professional drawing. He is patient on waiting for my feedback. We did ask for couple changes and provide the update prices. Then, we picked the one that we like and also price acceptable. The timeline on locking the contract can be a bit longer in my opinion due to their price on the higher side among other business. I decided to go with them because I did visit other projects that made for 3 years ago and still strong and sturdy (especially on the turf area). I signed and paid 1000 deposit back in July 2019 but I did ask the project start in March 2020. I am lucky that my project got completed before my state announced for lock down. The construction team is very professional, explain very well. They told me the projects took 3 weeks but they finished up in 8 days! I am very happy with the finish product.

My experience with System Pavers was below expectations. It wasn't made clear to me from the start that System Pavers is not a paving company, but rather a very professional group of sales people and a designer (a good, talented designer by the way!). As such, their business model is to sign a contract to deliver services at an approximate \open\ date in future, and hire a subcontractor crew to do the actual job. We signed a contract in the end of June 2020 to build a patio, stairs, and perform landscaping in our backyard with the job start date in early September. A week before the start date, we were notified that the job start date is postponed to mid October. In mid October, they started bringing in subcontractor teams on site to interview for this job. None of the contractors has agreed to accept the job for the amount specified in the contract. Which was expected, because the job start date has been significantly postponed, and the prices of materials have increased. As a result we had to terminate the contract 4 months after signing. We did receive 80% of the security deposit back, but unfortunately lost time, and it's now a rainy season...
