My first visit to Exer Redondo Beach was smooth as silk. From my initial greeting to temp check with nurse Cynthia. This team is fast! Saw Dr. Brett Rosen. This physician is outstanding. He’s so likeable I may go by Saturday night to see if he wants to go out for a cold beer. Seriously, a terrific experience at this location.

The wait was not as bad as I thought it would be since it was a holiday. The staff were very nice and kind. Dr. Rosen explained everything and so much better than going to ER where you basically are just a body waiting to see a doctor. Exer Urgent Care treated me well.

I went there for a Covid Test. It did not required any appointment and there was no line. The documentation procedure was really fast. 20 minutes wait in the car and I had the test done! Very easy and efficient. The doctor was really nice . He called to inform me about the negative results in 1.5 hours.

I definitely like the Exer in Redondo Beach more than the one I have closer to my home. In Redondo they are more compassionate ans friendlier. I’ve always have gotten good service fast and reliable. I will definitely continue to visit this facility. The Dr.’s and nurses make me feel life comfortable.
