I usually don't write reviews, but I thought I'd save someone from a similar experience. I called Richard and set up a time for a gondola ride, he seemed helpful, gave directions and told me items to bring. I specifically told him this was for a proposal event. He took my CC information and told me not to forget the ring. Fast forward to the day of the gondola ride and proposal...Richard calls me about 1.5 hours before the ride and cancels on me stating it's too windy. I went to Redondo beach anyway with my girlfriend to eat lunch... and there was no wind or breeze. Totally unacceptable especially because he knew this was for an proposal event. So if you're planning on proposing on this gondola, don't risk being cancelled on, otherwise have a backup plan.
