Had a wonderful evening of Peruvian food. Delicious!! Annette walked us thru step-by-step, how to prep & cook an amazing meal!! Fresh, healthy, yummy!!. Better than restaurant quality!! It was fantastic, she was funny and engaging, nice group of people. Wonderful evening, great way to spend a Friday night, enjoying great food, good company and learning how to make delicious food!! Would highly recommend.

I'm sure this is a fine school as a few friends spoke highly of the quality instruction they got. However, I'm quite disappointed in that they would not honor a Father's Day gift card because I missed the scheduled class. I called and asked if there was another class I can take (did not ask for a refund) and the lady explained the no credit policy and they allow a 72 hour cancellation. Then she compared that to buying a concert ticket and missing the show and how you wouldn't get a refund for that etc. Not quite the same. But whatever. I was honest at least in telling why I missed the class and didn't make up some lie that I was sick or out of town or something, but she kept going on about if the school was to issue credit for every missed class, they would be giving out make up classes for a long time. Ok...so you take someone's money for a gift card / class and not offer anything in return? Is that even legal? Fantastic customer service! If they decide to make good on their end of the transaction, I'll be happy to delete or change the review to a 5 star. But until then, it's a 1. Thank you.

We had our company holiday party at cooking school and it was SUCH a blast! There were 10 of us total and we cooked paella, yum!! This was the perfect dish to make as a team as there are several steps to the recipe so each person got to do a little bit of everything that culminated into a gigantic beautiful vat of paella! Chef Annette and her staff are very knowledgeable and passionate, which makes for a fun atmosphere. We are so happy we did this and are already looking into signing up for another class! Thank you!!!

My husband and I took an artisan pizza class and Chef Annette expended the menu to include flatbread. The wide variety of topping included ingredients I would not have chosen, but were unique and delicious. I’m a decent cook, but after this class, my game is definitely up a notch by the experience of seeing a ‘real’ chef at work. Annette is a delightful, entertaining instructor and a virtual fountain of culinary wisdom and wizardry. The location is both spacious and intimate. We enjoyed a special (and filling) date night full of learning, laughter and great food. Take a class here - any class - and you will too!
