This is my second visit. Louis is very technical.
My HP color printer was producing terrible color output. After trying all the HP fix tips, I called Rob at WeFixPrinters. He asked me to send him some of the bad output plus the supplies status page. From that he successfully diagnosed the problem as a bad Cyan cartridge. Thanks to Rob, I didn't have to go through a session with HP.
Always friendly helpful service. Been using them for years for our business and they never let us down. Very honest and realistic about repair cost decisions.
They get busy but was lucky to get a employee out to look at a unit. our IPF 8000 needed a service call and a print head changed. Fixed what I needed to get done in less than a few minutes! :)
