DO NOT USE!! THEY STEAL MAIL!! If you want to have your mail stolen then go here. The old, angry lady opens the boxes and takes anything of value. You'll know the woman I'm talking about when you go in. We had used them for 8 years, But when we cancelled our box there, I told my sister-in-law in Sacramento about it who works for the government. Turns out they are under investigation for more than stealing mail. Email me if you want the details. I should've stopped using them a long time ago. Here's a few things they said \fell out\ of my packages: Gift cards during the holidays, passport right before I needed to travel, important documents with personal information, Soooo many Amazon purchases I can't even keep track, birthday cards with as little as 20 dollars in them. All they do is blame it on the usps in town. But when you go ask the local branches in town, they roll their eyes as if its common knowledge what they're doing up at Pigmint. So basically I concluded that this place is named after the pig lady who works there. She must have had some men issues as a young woman. She is so mean and nasty. Spend your money somewhere else and put an end to these thieves. Written March 15, 2020

Unprofessional, and unprepared, the 2 who work there obviously dont care to help any one. They started by tell me they had all ready turned off there computer for the day (it was 3:00), then the man told me \i hope you dont think this is going out today!!\, the lady was incredibly rude, being angry she had to turn her computer on. Then told me NOPE! She could not take me package because \THEY CANT READ THE BAR CODE\!! AND \THEY CANT MAKE A LABEL THERE\!!THESE PEOPLE DONT HAVE THE SOFTWARE TO TAKE PACKAGES!! THERE BASICALLY A HOLE WHERE UPS PICK UP THERE PACKAGES! T H E Y C A N T H E L P Y O U!!! unprofessional,ill-equipt, and lazy! Never seen 2 people so determined not to help a customer. In 2 words...douche bags..had to give 1 star to post..wish i could give negative stars..theyd be negative 5..these people have no business owning a store.. dont waste your time..

BEWARE. Do not trust Pigmint with your mail. Multiple packages containing Christmas gifts (that were sent across the country, to family that I wish I could have spent Christmas with) and delivered to a mailbox at Pigmint Press have gone missing. The woman who works at the counter is extremely rude and unhelpful. You would think that if one of your customers has had multiple packages gone missing on separate occasions the business owner would care to assist. Not the case here. Extremely shady business. Mail theft is a federal crime so I’m really not sure how this place is able to get away with this repeatedly and still remain in business. I hope the Pigmint employee who ended up with my sister’s Christmas gifts enjoyed them as much as she would have.
