Eric from Swimming Pool Perfections designed and built our new pool in 2018, then managed it weekly afterwards. Less than 2 years later, the Pentair gas heater failed. They refused to cover the costs. I called Pentair USA to found out (1) the type installed was not compatible with salt water we had in the pool. (2) Maintenance of my pool has failed to have the water above Ph 7.2 for several weeks. Both would explained the failure of the equipment. As a reply from Swimming pool Perfections, I got a letter claiming \being manufactured in Mexico sometimes there (their!!) quality isn’t there as it should be.\ I should also mentioned that Swimming Pool Perfection have no clue about the Pentair Screen Logic APP, they installed the wrong LED lights in my pool (not compatible with the Pentair controls) and now I am stuck with them for years. Also they are clueless about the heat pump pool heater that they wrongly installed (no condensate water exit). All of these failures cost me thousands of dollar to get it fix. I won't call this \perfection\!

I inherited this pool company when I bought my house. From the every beginning, they were very rude and abrupt. Any question I had wasn't well explained. It's a family business. Their fees are the highest in my neighborhood. Once I asked the owner to give me an estimate for a pool renovation. He insisted that he has to charge me a fee for giving me a quote! All the other companies I checked with were able to do this. This was especially surprising given that I am an existing customer. It was surprising to me that they didn't seem to want to do anything to retain me as a customer. One summer I paid them to install autofill. At the time of installation, I asked them to turn it on wherever its needed during the summer season. They agreed. Guess what 3 weekends ago when I needed it, instead of turning it on for me, they pool guy called the company and the company sent me an email. When I asked them to turn it on for me, they said they can't come out until one week later! So I don't recommend them at all!
