I am happy with the superior service and attention I received with my vehicle. I had to have it towed in to the dealership for diagnostic and repair. After my vehicle was towed, within 30 minutes I received a phone call from the dealership. I was very happy that I got such a fast response from them after my car was towed in. The person that called me, ( Justine ), asked me a little about my issue. I explained that the car would not start and I needed them to check it and let me know what was going on with it. She then said to me that I would just need to give her permission to charge me about 250.00, just for the diagnostic. I had no choice but to allow the charge. I would have been more receptive if I knew that, that amount would have gone into the repair cost, but it didn't. After my diagnostic was done, I found out that I also needed a flex pipe replaced, due to a crack. I was able to get together all the money necessary to perform the repairs, and pick up my car next day. Overall the whole experience was great, except for the diagnostic cost, which should have been put towards the repair cost, in my opinion. I just didn't think that was fair. That being said the dealership is still a great place to go to if you need anything for your car done. I like the fact that I will not be ripped off, like so many other private places have done to me. Thanks for the fast communication, from start to finish, throughout my repair!! Brandon

Eric Harris was great. He really cares about his customers and did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted, at my price. His manager could use a lesson in customer service. She questioned every detail, has no regard for the customer's time (we were there over 9 hours, most of it just waiting around after we made a deal, we agreed on price just before 5 pm, and didn't leave until after 9 pm, what a disgrace), and was simply rude. On top of all this, when we did finally go in to sign the paperwork, the price did not match what we had agreed on. We sat for another hour or so trying to straighten that mess out, without her there because apparently leaving for the day was more important than accuracy and customer satisfaction. If it weren't for Eric, I would not have finished out the deal. I would have gone elsewhere. So props to Eric for selling TWO cars to one customer that had a horrible experience. I'm sure not many people can reel a customer back in after all that. He deserves all the credit for selling these 2 cars and his manager deserves none of it. Give this man a raise!

My husband and I just financed our very first pre-owned vehicle through Reedman Toll. We scheduled a test drive in advance for a 2017 Chevy Cruze, and when we arrived, we were promptly greeted by Paul. He was with us through the entire sales process, and he was phenomenal. He was very personable, patient and kind. We had a great buying experience with him. Due to covid, we had to wait around awhile to iron out the car insurance (no fault of Reedman Toll). The paperwork process also took a bit longer than expected. Overall, we were at the dealership for about 6 hours. The reason for my 4 stars is because of the unnecessarily drawn out paperwork process and the uncomfortably pushy finance lady (I forget her name but she was middle aged with blonde hair). While we were signing the paperwork, she was extremely pushy while trying to get us to add extended warranty even after we said multiple times that we would pass on it. She would make snide comments saying things like, “well you’re financing a vehicle don’t you want to protect it?” and “we spend a dollar a day on fruitless things anyway, so why not do this?” along with other things that were totally unnecessary and uncalled for. It got to the point where I brought my father in who’s a mechanic to explain again that we did not want the additional coverage, and she got so mad that she asked me to see him out of the room. We’re already purchasing a vehicle, no need to make a paying customer feel like they are wrong for denying something that is totally optional. She even kept offering discounts on the coverage, which just goes to show how desperate she was. A word of advice - if a customer says no, just accept it and move on. If it wasn’t for her, we would have given this experience 5 stars.

I was really worried when I brought my truck in as it had the Chevy shake as it is called. I saw so much on the web about it that I was really worried but you fixed it fine first time. Thank you very much.

I would like to express my gratitude to Darnell Lacey of your organization. He went above and beyond customer service and helped me out of a jam. It’s a bit embarrassing – I had locked my keys in the car with no way to get them out, no spare set, and no one to call. The service department was closed but the salesman who answered the phone, Mr. Lacey, tried to help on the phone. When he learned I was only a few miles away he got in his car and drove over. After a bit of work he figured out what to do, got the door open for me and sent me on my way. Mr. Darnell Lacey – who I had never met – is a man of good character. He helped a stranger who needed a hand when there was nothing in it for him. His actions reflect well on your organization and I thank Reedman Toll as well.
