I called this company on 2/8/21. I had asked for a quote which I got immediately and was told they could give me a permanent schedule date or I could choose to have a crew come move my grand piano the next day with a 30 minute prior warning. I chose the 30 minute warning which they did, and not only did they send a crew, they sent extra people also with no additional charge. I had to have my piano moved from my garage into my house which is an antique that I am the 4th generation to inherit. They used blankets and shrink wrap and anything they had to use at no additional charge whatsoever. They didn’t even charge me more to have the extra crew here to move it. The guys that were here treated this piano as though it was their own and they were all very nice, professional, and I enjoyed having them here to do the job. I highly recommend this local Naples company to anyone in town. We were extremely impressed today and the next time I move anything, I will be doing business with them again. Support your local companies. They are the lifeline of our economy and I am very happy that I chose Reed’s moving for this project today. Thank you so much for the great job!

I live at Aster at Lely, and this company is moving someone across my building, fine. They're blocking my access out of the property so I politely ask them to back up a bit so I can leave and the answer is, it hasn't been a problem for the last 3 hours, I am not going to ask my team to stop, and you're going to have to wait until they're done. Honestly their slogan is not honest.

This was my fourth move with Reeds and they continue to out do themselves every time! Shannon in the office is always so patient with me as I needed to change the date a couple of times due to closing delays. This move was for my 82 year old mother who could not speak any better if the guys who completed her move. They went above and beyond for her and made her feel very comfortable working with them. Can not say enough about Reeds, highly recommend!

SO SO glad I chose Reed's Moving & Storage to help me with loading my home into 2 pods. Shannon and Misty were so helpful, incredibly responsive and made this stressful time SO much easier and carefree. They helped me with answers for things I didn't even know I had questions about! The 3 gentlemen that assisted were awesome as well. So nice, fun spirited and professional - very efficient as well and knowledgeable about how to best maximize the pods.
