Don’t go to this location, the store doesn’t exist! I just spend 2.5 hours to get there and the store isn’t there! Scammers!

This is the Kiosk located at MacArthur Mall in Norfolk, Virginia. I was persuaded to buy the product the night before. I came back and tried to give it back and get refunded (the price was 50). The man in the black LAC hat tells me that he isn't able to give me the refund because the box was open. The way the box is constructed, it's opened already (no tape that seals it off). He goes on to tell me because it is a "liquidized item" they can't refund it (mind you never opened the box). The boy in the white jacket go to tell me that they have a "no return policy" and pulls out from behind the counter under a display a 2.5inch x 3.5inch photo frame saying "no returns" from that was face down. This was never displayed anywhere, and the salesman never said anything about it either. Man in the black hat tells me to call the phone number on the receipt, number was discontinued. I go back to the kiosk, he has an attitude and writes another number. I Reach the man that oversees the region of Virginia and he says that it's nothing he can do. Business is a scam, the shoe cleaner has received bad reviews on destroying shoes. The Customer Service is horrible, and the people who work at the kiosk are nasty and abhorrent to anyone who walks by their booth. Please save your money and buy a quality shoe cleaning kit

This is the best shoe cleaner I've ever found, and I've been looking for a quality cleaner for along time. I use this on every shoe I own, yeezys and all my jordans. Great service and a great product.

this company salesman would deceive the guys, which not good to speak english, to clean there shoe and ask them give a tip around 40 bucks, the price it's already can buy there product, I'm kindly warning you guys do not converstion with them.

The cleaner faded my daughter's one Van shoe they cleaned. Then the guy admitted that is what happens when they scrub to hard. They told me to contact the company and they would stand behind product. 4 1/2 days later not even a phone call. Do not buy this product!!!!
