Fixed my phone by an essential superstar, Mr. Marlen, he explained the entire process, quoted me on the work, and had my phone fixed while I waited. He even gifted a glass screen protector! Good business, would recommend.
Worse service ever. The people inside are extremely rude and unprofessional. Service offered by them is a scam the place is really a front for cleaning money. Would not recommend to anyone there are plenty of other stores near by. Don't waste your time and money they only say they fix your phone then when you go back with a problem they blame the customer.
If you want to buy a new phone avoid them... Overpricing on phones I was looking for a metropcs location...they sold me an international phone (not by metro). The phone was a gift and when the person went to her nearest metropcs to connect it, she was told that the network may not work properly and that it was better if she could return that phone.
Had a surface pro that I tried to replace the screen myself but wasn't 100 percent confident that I could put on the new screen without breaking it.. They explained to me that any unevenness on the surface when I tried to put the screen back on would cause the replacement screen to crack, so I let them finish the repair that I started and I was so glad I did. They got the edges prepared for the replacement screen and even noticed a curve that I missed on the side that would of caused the screen to break.. then they used an adhesive that I didn't know about to get the screen sealed back on.. all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed.. would highly recommend.
