When you initiate business with them.. it all seems great, the small offices are ok but they never bring up all the extra charges. Not once , before asking if we were ready to sign did they bring up the 20 daily charge for parking... if you get the virtual office for their mailbox service they don't say anything about they forwarding fee... they advertise on craigs list offices that are not even available.. and when you make an appointment to see the advertised office they say that it is currently used but will be available next month and then offer a slightly larger office with a " discount " sounds like switch and bait to me.. regardless of the situation REGUS sux! Ask a bunch of questions before they show you a contract to sign.. they will be quick to show it to you..

Just stay away from them. Has been 2 months since I cancelled my 1 year contract and left them, have not received my retainer back. Management is not helpful, head office is not helpful. They are only helpful if you want to sign up or upgrade or pay. They take your money in flash of a second, but refunding your retainer or refunding wrong invoices? Forget about it. They do not answer calls, or return voicemails messages. We have been with multiple other shared work spaces, nobody operate likes this.

Regus office space is smart and innovative. This El Segundo location is newly renovated. The common areas are not only beautiful but smart and efficient. Regus took into account their customer, and created such an amazing corporate environment. The staff at this location from Manager to Customer Service Rep's make you feel like family. Our business is very small but Regus treats you as if you are a Fortune 500 company. You should consider Regus your next corporate or personal business home. Regus El Segundo is a flagship location!!! The staff is the best on the west-side.

Friendly and extremely responsible staff. Regus Corporate office space is smart and innovative. Our small office space in the El Segundo area is beautiful. Newly renovated, Regus took into account their customer, and created such an amazing corporate family environment. Our mail continues to be refused for reasons we are unsure of, as we pay our dues. When spoken to them about the issue, instead of finding a solution and being apologetic that our clients have been receiving their packages and mail back to them they gave excuses instead. A friendly voice will not make up for the incompetency. Customer service is key, and looking for a blame game or being defensive doesn't work, a solution will.
