Good morning managing executives, This is Global Gate Tax and Accounting. i have rented this office space from Regus in 7545 Irvine center drive Irvine CA 92618 for 2 months and after leaving in July the accounting team for Regus Headquarters seems to have Scammed me out of 1128.00 for a second charged retainer fee and phone charges for months never used. None of this was included in our contract and a copying charges another 163.00 which we never used the copy machine services. I contacted the folks at Regus and attempted to escalate to have the issue resolved and what i received in return was no help and all requests fell on deaf ears and this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Be aware, Before signing contracts with leasing agents for office spaces make certain your contract reflects all agreements.

Deceptive business practices. Regus signs you up in a yearly contract that auto renews, and you cannot break it except for the renewal date. They do not make this clear up front or each time it renews. They purposely do not bring this up until you cancel. There is no contract to be found on the portal they assign you. Even when I asked for a copy of the contract, they ignored me. Most emails to Ashley Baria Community Manager, 7545 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 200, Irvine CA 92616 regarding the matter go unanswered. Or Ashley says when will check with management and then does nothing. All request to escalate go unanswered. Request for a copy of the alleged agreement, go unanswered. We have gone out of business and notified them 2 months after the auto renew that went to an email I rarely used. I was with Regus for 3 years and this is how they stick it to a loyal customer who lost their business due to Covid. Definitely will never use or recommend Regus to anyone.

Stay far away from this company Stay far away from this company. Got an office during COVID-19. First thing off the bat, AC is turned off on weekends. This was never mentioned and basically limits working on weekends unless you want to sit in a sauna. Second the ridiculous charges after you cancel. Office restoration fees near 400 and late payment fee of 79 for not being at fault

Totally unreliable internet services. Don’t trust when they lie to you and misrepresent what you are supposed to be getting. Don’t set up auto payments. They will simply take it. And you are out.
