Warnings about the fine print are right. They are trying to stick us with a two year auto-renewal I never even saw in the fine print. Yes, during the COVID pandemic when some of us had to make tough choices about what services to continue. And we were a small ticket virtual client who had paid good money for years prior. Why they would pick a fight with a client like that tells you a lot. Also had more calls go straight to voicemail than you would think while we were paying for live answering.

It was great....until....I didn't matter anymore. I've been with Regus for three years and have been a loyal customer, always paying my rent on time, pleasant, great with the front admin staff. Apparently, that's not enough for Regus. They've just DOUBLED my rent, effectively ending my tenure there. When are local landlords and property owners going to get the fact that some of us aren't high-paid geeks and startup entrepreneurs; we're simply trying to make our businesses work in a town that has become ever increasingly money-oriented and unaffordable to townsfolk. Thanks for nothing Regus. I love your staff, but your policies suck!

I was trying to get a day office at the other Boulder Regus because I was concerned about parking in downtown Boulder. But it turns out there's a parking lot in the building that Regus will validate for clients (at your expense) which was a perfect solution. They should mention this in the description in the Regus app. The offices are nice, although most are upstairs. There is an elevator (much to my chagrin there's no stairs). And the rest is like most Regus: common area with TV, seating, a kitchenette with a coffee maker (a coffee pot but nobody seems to make coffee), dishes, work pods, etc. The receptionist was professional and did a great job greeting my clients.

I needed a conference room in downtown Boulder for a training session for several new staff members. We used the large conference room near the front desk. Regus was easy to find, had convenient parking in the garage next door, and was clean / quiet / professional. The conference room had a nice table / chairs, good TV for showing photos, and a nice projector for our ppt. I intended to use Regus again should I need another conference room.
