HORRIBLE experience at the end of my agreement. I was lied to by both Mark the manager, and Rance the sales person in multiple ways. 1.) Was told my final months rent could be taken out of my HUGE deposit ***LIE. 2.) Was told there would be only a 250 fee taken out of deposit to clean the office when done. LIE. They charged nearly 400 to "restore" an office that was in the exact same condition as when I got there, and charged me late fees on my last months rent, and added additional fees as well. Then refused to give back my large deposit until these extra fees were paid! Also, parking is HORRIBLE!!! If you are here, plan to walk 1/4 mile each way to your vehicle. So again, I have to PAY now 1300 to get my 1600 balance back. The offices and environment are nice, and things went well up until it was time to part ways. ALSO - FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THEY ARE NOT LOCATED INSIDE BARTRAM PARK!!!

Do yourself a favor check out the reviews on Facebook, and google other reviews to get real reviews for Regus. If you love receiving hidden charges then you will love Regus. If you love working in the heat you will also love Regus. If you don't care about the items you leave in your office you will love Regus. I can't speak to all the sides of the buildings, but the side that faces Baptist, gets extremely warm. Around 4 PM it gets up to 81 degrees. Around 6 PM it is around 83-84 degrees. Part of the reason is because they turn off the air conditioning and heating between 5 PM and 9 AM. They keep them turned off during the weekend and which ever holidays they feel like. HOWEVER, you can pay extra to have them turned on. We asked if there are any issues, or problems because we are a company that will be operating 24/7. We were told no, but I'm sorry this is Florida - how is no AC not a problem nor issue? Additionally, there management really don't care about your security. We were placed in a temp office until the lease was up on the office we leased. The thing I still don't understand is why we were giving a key to office 407 when it is under lease by someone else?

Terrible company to do business with. Impossible to cancel waste of money. I’ve had good experience with quick day office rentals but anything more has been a disaster.

They are extremely rude at Regus! When I stopped by for a tour nobody was there. After waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes, I decided to walk around and see the offices for myself. I ran into this balding guy who went off on me and said you can’t be in the hallways, and need to wait in the lobby until some can escort you. I looked at him and asked if they rented to the CIA. I guess he didn’t like that and said that he manages this place and that I need to make an appointment. I had already made an appointment and they couldn’t pay me to even visit their offices again.

This address is being used by crooks to have items shipped purchased with stolen credit cards! If you see this address as a ship to location for high end items like wine and luxury goods do not ship!

Had a VERY bad experience with them and have have gone against their word and taken money of ours. They are also FALSELY advertising as being in Bartram Park. They are about a mile away from Bartram Park Blvd. Their deceptive advertising alone should have been a red flag to me.

This place is horrible... They constantly have billing issues, and the community manager is useless when it comes to computers, billing, and their tech support.
