As others have said in the previous reviews, they do NOT want you to leave. I have had so many other companies help me and understand my situation due to being impacted by COVID 19, but not Regus. I lost my entire business because we couldn’t make it through the financial hardships brought by the virus, and Regus refuses to grant me early termination to my contract. Do they have to do this for me? No, but I would expect them to have compassion for their customers that went through this because other companies seem to be very helpful during this time. I will be paying the monthly fee’s for the next year even though I no longer have a company, and am barely able to pay my own bills and feed my family. The current manager did try to help me, and forwarded my email to the help desk explaining my situation, but they rejected my request. Although they offered that I could pay out my contract to end it early which equaled out to over 500. If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would rate Regus.

Calvin is 100% correct about their corporate office. Find another company this is not worth it. There's a million problems with them, and it's not worth the headaches.

Staff are professional and facility is nice. It is not there nicest location but better than most other businesses in this sector. BE VERY CAREFUL. The big issue with Regus always is how bad they treat you when you leave. It's not the local staff it's the corporate headquarters. They gouge you with fees, and crazy charges that make everyone that I have ever met, who's left a Regus, angry and upset. Why they do this is beyond me. Seems like a terrible thing to do to a good customer. But they do it all the time. Make sure you read your contract carefully. Do not forget that your contract Auto renews if you do not give them written notice. What happens to many people is their contract gets extended for another 12 months before they even know about it. Then when the conversation comes up they look in their contract and see the clause they never paid attention to previously. They do it on purpose and they do not care that it upsets their customers. Their corporate headquarters are run by terrible people. I even had a branch manager that I knew quit because of the unethical things they were demanding that she do regarding pricing and customer charges. They should be ashamed of themselves She was an amazing manager and all the customers loved her but they treated her like garbage. It was awful to see.
