We rent a virtual office at Fayetteville Regus. (2 yrs) The experience thus far has not been the greatest. Customer service need improvement. Also, every time I call to inquire if we have mail, no one answers. Phones calls are not returned on a timely basis either. We have had occasions where we were billed twice in a single month. Things need to change here. The location is beautiful and well maintained.
