Stay away from this company! No customer service! Very poor quality and not professional at all! Never responds phone calls and never answers back to your emails or voicemails. Would never recommend to anybody!!!

I gave 1 star because it was the lowest option available. Please beware of this company. They will charge you for services that you are contracted to have with them, but DO NOT uphold to their part of the contract. I was told I would receive mail at their Flowood/Madison location. They were supposed to provide mailing services for my business, but instead was returning very important mail for my business, which was not in the best interest of my business. I attempted to resolve the issue with management, but they began avoiding my calls and emails. They then turned a bill of almost 1000 over to a credit agency demanding I pay at once. Please, please, please dont make the same mistake I made. Avoid this company at all costs!

Most importantly and specifically Manager/Coach, Claudia Psonak, and Tamera Palmer, Senior Client Services Representative give the utmost in service to each business and all our clients. As a business owner this has been much more than I ever expected from an office space. The over the top support is more than any business could get anywhere for the atmosphere that your clients receive from this amazing staff which reflects greatly on your business.
