Do not rent from Regus! We signed 6-month leases in 3 of their locations - Asheville, Raleigh, Greensboro - but they auto renewed all of these leases at the 90-day mark for another 6 months and increased the rent. This is a terrible way to do business, honor a 6-month lease instead of changing the terms 90-days in. Also, our employees have complained about the rude staff at this location. Instead of trying to work with us on a resolution, they have taken the stance of "too bad, pay us for another 6 months at an increased rate, there is nothing we are going to do." Avoid Regus at all costs, look them up on the BBB and other reputable review sites.

Terrible experience. You cancel the lease and the fees never stop. Be very careful. They will continue to charge you after you've left. Won't respond to questions and always refer you to a call center. Horrible place. Get a real office.

I have been a part of the Regus family on Green Valley Road for a year now. Nothing but great things to say regarding management, staff, and the facility they run and maintain. This Regus location, like all others, is fully furnished with lots of perks. The conference rooms albeit large or small have all your media and/or data needs not to mention the fabulous view the large conference room offers. If you are looking for a professional environment that is client focused, please consider the Green Valley location; you will not be disappointed.

Great facility for small businesses but the staff is rude to the customers. I have issues sitting in low set chairs so I sat at a desk chair. The receptionist told me I had to move so if clients came. Yet there was no one there the entire time I was waiting.

*** BEWARE *** This location is managed by the same person I reviewed for 615 St George Square Ct, Winston-Salem, NC. I was initially interested in an office at the Winston-Salem location, after receiving multiple emails from the area manager, I felt she was desperate. I began to do my homework and after visiting the office again, finding no one at the front desk, I took a picture of the tenant board and began contacting the ones I could locate online. It seems that the ones I was able to get in touch with were not happy, some said that they were leaving due to the current manager yelling at them in front of others in the lobby when she was confronted with ongoing staffing issues and overcharges. It seems like a nice place, but I do not want to be involved with a company that is miss managed or unprofessional. *** BEWARE *** FYI... I also found the same manager posting repeated posts on Craigslist (desperate and against CL policy)
