This is a great executive office center that's big enough and small enough. Offices are clean, quiet and tidy - as well as nicely furnished. The rates are amazing and the staff always friendly. It's super convenient if you live in this area, and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Would not recommend. There's people at this building all hours of the morning and they are clearly not conducting business. I think they live in the shared office spaces and leave them a complete mess. Management does nothing about it, very unprofessional. Not a good atmosphere for business or clients.

I needed to find an individual office space. I only needed enough space for a desk and an extra table, IT support, and simple office facilities. I doubted whether I'd find something "just my size"; but Regus Tualatin had exactly that (as well as larger offices, suitable for two- or four-person teams). With the office comes IT, mail delivery, printer/copier use, and kitchen facilities. Regus occupies the entire second floor, and the atmosphere is quiet and professional. The management are very attentive and accommodating. The location on the Tualatin Commons is excellent, with easy parking, plenty of dining options nearby, and an artificial lake around which to sit or stroll after lunch.

I've been a tenant, and a virtual tenant, but now they won't allow me to terminate my virtual lease early. Read the fine print on the contract. I contacted the local Regus offer, "No deal, no early termination."
