Not sure who these local guides are, but they obviously don't have an office here. I have had one bad experience after another here. First, no one was available to give me my mail when I first got my virtual office. The ONLY reason I got the office was to receive mail in town since I live in Milton, and no one was at the front desk during business hours. They didn't answer the phone or return calls from the messages I left. Finally called the toll free number, talked to several people who talked to other people and someone showed up the day after that to give me my mail from a junk drawer it had been tossed in to. Then, I start getting additional charges added to my bill for mail forwarding after a couple of months. I signed a form when I filled out my paperwork originally refusing mail forwarding, and they never forwarded any mail to me. I paid the first bill and sent an email asking for a refund of that money and an explanation about why it was added 2 months into our agreement without my consent. I never received a reply, but the charges were there the next month as well. I didn't pay the bill and waited for an explanation, which never came. What did come, though, was a late fee of 30. When I called to get it straightened out they finally gave me a credit for the 2 months of over billing, but not for the late fee. I went online immediately after hanging up the phone and paid my bill in full. Today, 3 days later, I get a bill with another 30 late fee. This is a great place to come if you want to be overcharged and cheated, not a great place if you like dealing with honest, competent people.
