They are scammers in the sense of sending bills and bills without telling in advance. They they slam lots of penalties and late fees. After I closed my account and paid all dues, I keep getting bills and late fees, just because there were other accounts I had no idea existed. There are lots of fine prints, including auto renewal. I learn that this is their business idea - they give you cheap office space, but make up by assessing other fees. AVOID at all cost.

I travel quite often and have been able to use the Regus offices in other cities. As for the Stonebriar location, you can not beat the great service from Anita and Elaine. They make sure everything for me gets taken care of. Whether its a conference room, help with the scanner, or whatever. Highly recommend this location.
