Amanda Grantham was our realtor and let me just say I would be homeless without her. We sold our house extremely fast which was unexpected in my neighborhood. Then I realized that I still needed to clear some things off my credit before I could buy a house. It was going to take 3-5 months before I could buy a house which meant I wasn’t going to have anywhere to live. I was absolutely freaking out. Amanda asked her current clients who were trying to sell their house if they wouldn’t mind renting their house out if we promised to buy it from them in 3-5 months. They agreed and it was the PERFECT situation for us. We didn’t have to move with our children twice and it ended up being the perfect house for us! We couldn’t be more thankful of how above and beyond she went for us!
